Meet Tiara Guillory, the heart behind Anchor + Ignite™.

 

Tiara isn’t just a coach. She is a guide, a cheerleader, and a big sister voice of truth for women who are ready to rise into wholeness. Her passion for holistic health grew out of her own story, from years in the military world to studying psychology, leading women’s ministry, and facilitating coed Bible studies from college through recent years. Through emotional intelligence training, faith filled living, and her own healing journey, she has learned that life feels scattered when we only tend to pieces of ourselves. Everything is connected.

Tiara’s approach is warm, real, and deeply grounded. She completed Life Coach Training through Alive and Free, gained counseling experience in a college setting under the supervision of licensed psychologists, and spent a year working as a personal trainer. Much of her nutrition and health wisdom comes from countless hours of research, additional courses, and real life application. Other trainers at her gym often come to her for insight and advice.
